    New client, new box

    Create client-harbor, pick a plan, clone their repo. Their keys and their database stay on their box.

  2. Tue

    The agent builds while you sell

    Claude Code works the feature on the client's box while you take the call with the next client.

  3. Thu

    Show the work with a link

    Start the dev server and send https://3000-client-harbor.detachbox.dev once you make that port public.

  4. Fri

    The contract ends

    Cancel that box. It runs to the end of the paid month, then it is deleted with everything on it. Push what the client needs first.

What a box per client gets you

  • Clients never mix

    Separate boxes mean separate disks, containers, SSH access and agent sessions. A slip in one repo stays in that repo.

  • Demos without the screen share

    Every port on the box has an HTTPS address. Keep it private, or make one port public and send the link.

  • A cost you can bill

    One box is one subscription at $5, $12 or $24 a month: one line on the client's invoice.

  • Your keys open every box

Can the client log in to the box?

A box belongs to one account. Share the work through a public preview link or through the client's own git host.

How private are preview links?

Only you, signed in to the dashboard, can open a preview. Make a single port public on the box page when the client should click through it.
