    box-v3: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, approvals off in every agent

    New boxes run Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS with Docker 29 and compose 5, Node 24 and Python 3.14. Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Gemini CLI start in their no-prompt modes and share one AGENTS.md. Claude Code also runs on Z.ai and DeepSeek with your own key.

    Preview URLs on detachbox.dev

    Anything on 0.0.0.0 answers at https://<port>-<box>.detachbox.dev with websockets and hot reload. Private to the owner; make up to 20 ports public from the box page.

  3. Terminal

    Terminals mode

    One sidebar lists every tab across your boxes as Working, Needs you, Done or Idle, with its last line. Opt-in browser notifications when a tab needs you; Alt+1 to Alt+9 jump between terminals.

  4. Agents

    One agent per box

    Pick the box's agent when you create it and switch it on the box page. Every new tab opens straight into it; open sessions keep running through a switch.

  5. Limits

    Codex limit resets on the board

    Accounts holding Codex limit resets show how many they hold, with a button that spends one after you confirm. Header chips show every subscription at a glance.

  6. Launch

    The first node, in Kazakhstan

    Start, Pro and Max boxes with Docker, sudo and a browser terminal with ten persistent tabs. SSH at <box>@ssh.detachbox.com and the limits board for Codex and Claude from day one.
