How does it know an agent needs me?
The agent CLIs on the box report their state as they work: working, waiting on you or done. The list shows it beside the last line of output, and the tab that waits goes first.
What does the list show from my terminal?
The last line of each tab, the same text you would see if you opened it, so you know what happened before you click.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The list opens in your phone's browser, so you find the tab that needs you and answer it from anywhere.
